Pleased to take delivery on the third day of the delivery window, so well done in meeting expectations. Just one small disappointment: the scoop on the top surface of the seat is off-center but this doesn't affect the functionality. It's a beautiful, well-made chair that I'm enjoying very much. Overall experience is great, just slightly shy of "I couldn't be happier."
