I wanted to write you and let you know of the outstanding experience I had in working through a furniture breakage issue from shipping (one that believe it or not made me more likely to use you again). Nicole on your team was great throughout the process from the contact within minutes of the end shipper reporting the damage/our call in through to the end of the claims process. In this case she was extremely flexible and accommodating by allowing us to have it repaired for a fraction of the cost of a new desk - it was a win-win as the fix cost less than our original shipping cost (not to mention the cost of a new desk) and our daughter has a great workable desk now vs 5 months from now.



Throughout the process she followed up and followed through on every promise. We received the check for the repair cost today exactly as expected and the repairs were completed and the repaired desk back to us on Sunday May 25th. I'm pleased to say the desk is as good as new. I would definitely do business and highly recommend both Dutchcrafters and PackShip USA. The furniture is fantastic and the remainder of our shipment was perfect and.....although there was an issue it was dealt with promptly and fairly. Unintended issues will always happen from time to time, so its not the issue happening but how it is dealt with that really determines the integrity and quality of an organization. Based on working with Nicole I would say this issue was dealt with better than any I can remember in my many years and I would definitely do business with you again.
