We have purchased numerous pieces of furniture from DutchCrafters, and the experience, quality, and delivery have been outstanding every time. We purchased the Morris desk, desk chair, file cabinet, and hutch for our office. Also, we needed the hutch to be custom-made, and Elvis helped to orchestrate it with the builder perfectly. It is soooooooooo beautiful in every way. Thank you. And as a person who was long part of the Mennonites and felt as if I were a cousin of my Amish neighbors, I am all the more pleased. Communications were excellent. Real, friendly, prompt, helpful. I expected to meet Jesse and Jordan (delivery personnel) when they delivered the new sofa, but at the last minute I could not be present. So I left a note and some tape on the floor with VERY precise wishes about the placement of the sofa. When I returned home, I thought that I myself must have put the sofa in place, because it was EXACTLY where I had hoped. Not only that, but in our phone communications, in advance of the delivery date and then on the day itself, Jesse was everything he could be: real, accommodating and helpful. Thank you!
