Think about your favorite pair of shoes. When you purchased them, you loved them, but it took a few wears before they began to feel the most comfortable. Your mattress will be similar; it may take a few days or even a week to break in, so give your body time to get used to a new level of comfort. Comfort Exchange Policy: Mattresses are eligible for a one-time Comfort Exchange no sooner than two weeks after mattress has been delivered up to four weeks after mattress has been delivered. Mattress must be clean with no stains or the Comfort Exchange policy is void. Customer is responsible for transfer/delivery costs for pick up of the original mattress and delivery of the reselected mattress.
